Common problem
It is natural jade. All the goods on the Baoyuan jade platform have been inspected by the Baoyuan Appraisal Center and are equipped with an appraisal certificate. Baoyuan provides guaranteed transaction services and supports re-inspection.
After the buyer pays, the merchant will send the product to the Baoyuan Emerald Platform Appraisal Center for inspection within 3 natural days after receiving the order. After the physical object is tested and the picture description is consistent, the product will be sent to the seller by the platform. (Except customized and processed goods)
Buyers need to take screenshots for purchases in the live broadcast room. The mall will also have buyer payment records and commodity records. In order to protect the rights and interests of buyers, the platform will inspect the goods when the sellers deliver the goods to the appraisal center. Notify logistics delivery.
All products on the platform provide quick returns within 3 natural days (excluding customized and processed products on the platform). Buyers can apply for a return within 3 natural days from the receipt of the express delivery, and contact customer service to confirm the returned product information. After being reviewed by Baoyuan Emerald Platform, the baby will be sent back to Baoyuan Operation Center.
After negotiating with the buyer, the customer service department agrees to confirm that the return is correct. It will take about 2 weeks for us to return the online shopping money to the buyer's credit card bank account (subject to the regulations of the local national bank).
